  Ladies at guest relations, Particularly pregnant lady  very intelligent, excellent English & very helpful with banking enquiries. Bed lamps needed, could not read a book inside bedroom + living room. It is very important that one can read a book inside room, & good bed lamps very much needed. Breakfast ladies very helpful.
